Eric R. Louderback, Ph.D. (Founder & Principal Data Scientist) is a globally-recognized expert in data science, public health, psychology, and emerging technologies. He has published 30+ peer-reviewed articles in a variety of high-impact scientific journals, including Meta-Psychology, PLOS ONE, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights, Psychology of Addictive Behaviors, and Computers in Human Behavior. Dr. Louderback received his Ph.D. from the University of Miami in 2018 and completed a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from Harvard University School of Extension Studies in 2023. As the Founder and Principal Data Scientist at Chestnut Hill Analytics Insights, he is driven by a passion to harness data for good, while also addressing complex needs from a wide variety of clients.
Gloria M. Schmitz, Ph.D. (Director of Sustainability & Lead Data Scientist) is an expert in sustainability, business analytics, big data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence (AI). Her most recent peer-reviewed publication, entitled “An Unsupervised Machine Learning Analysis of Circular Economy Indicators and Progress Toward the SDGs Using k-Means Clustering Among 2,485 Global Corporations” was recent published in the International Journal of Sustainability Policy and Practice. As the sustainability expert at Chestnut Hill Analytics Insights, Dr. Schmitz directs the corporate Life Cycle Assessment program and is the lead on corporate and personal sustainability and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) enhancement projects for clients. With her extensive experience and certification in data analytics, she enjoys creating innovative data visualizations to help clients increase their circularity and sustainability.
